It is an excellent gym to get a good workout and relieve stress after getting out of work. However, I wish the management would do something about the pot holes and expand the parking lot.Ā
friendly environment, spacious daycare so if you have kids it works great ! Trainers are very attentive, they keep it real with your goals....$ is totally worth it,I seen huge change...love their supplements too.. Manager Evelyn is very helpful!! Cycling class is good too... And finally sauna is one of my favorites spots .. great job šĀ
