The staff is friendly. They greet you with a HELLO every single time. Gym is clean & it has really helpful trainers. They make you feel comfortable & they'll push you to ur limit in the best way possible with ur workouts. I learn something differnet every day & the time training goes by fast. Now I can say I enjoy going to the gym.Ā

For me going to the gym was about sauna & cardio. "Working out" was intimidating for me since I didnt know how to use the equipment. That's mainly why I avoided going to the gym. I saw a promo about 3 days with a trainer & thought that could be helpful to ask about how to use machines. I was happy with the session eventhough I almost died lol. This gym was okay until they started telling me shit for parking my motorcycle in the front, yet the spot they have specifically for motorcycles ONLY like the sign they have says " MOTORCYCLE PARKING ONLY " is always being taken by a vehicle. Yet they expect me to park just anywhere when they have that spot specifically for bikes. It's stupid and irresponsible that they want to take action to tell me something about parking but don't take any action or responsibility to tell the vehicles that park there.
