Friendly staff always saying Hi welcome when I get there and bye as I'm leaving. Chill atmosphere a lil packed at the time I go but there's plenty of things to do never feel like a waste of time.Ā

The staff is friendly. They greet you with a HELLO every single time. Gym is clean & it has really helpful trainers. They make you feel comfortable & they'll push you to ur limit in the best way possible with ur workouts. I learn something differnet every day & the time training goes by fast. Now I can say I enjoy going to the gym.Ā
