THIS CLUB HAS GONE DOWN HILL! MY GIRL GOT INTO A SQUABLE HERE OVER PINCHE VENTANIAS!! $20 bucks for a surcharge fee when my membership is only $14 and some change to begin with. Mind you I have an active card on file and a bank account that's stacked. So i don't know why I'm getting $20 late fees. They will not refund money that was taken wrongfully. This gym corporation is price gouging the hell out of their members. Cancel immediately!

Don't plan on coming to this gym after 5pm -12pm that's when all the young punks come in and their just on their phones and playing around! This gym doesn't enforce rules, regulations or gym etiquette here. My wife also witness In the ladies workout area girls fighting over keeping the fan on or off! Where in a gym for crying out loud the fans should be on at all times just Like in the main area! HOW IS THIS GYM NOT SPOTLESS AT 6AM IN THE MORNING! HOW IS ALL THE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AND THE TOLIET PAPER ALREADY LOW OR ARE NON EXSISTANT 🤔 AT THIS HR. DRINK CANS AND PAPER TOWELS ALL OVER THE FLOOR IN WOMENS WORKOUT AREA, ALL THE MIRRORS ARE SMUDGE. LK HOW??

That third party team yall hired is scamming the hell outta yall! There's never any soap or paper towels in the men's bathroom! My wife said the women's locker room and workout area has been having the same issue! Now there hasn't been water available to buy for 2 days. What's going on with this club!?

This club use to be on top of their game! They've slowly been on the decline! There hasn't been soap in the men's room or paper towel for days. There hasn't been water for sale for days! The fans and vents have always been filthy! Clearly noones cleaning anymore or cares about the keep up in this club

Womens work out area shld not already look lk an abomination at 5am in the morning. Cans of drinks everywhere, paper towel pieces every where, smudges on the mirror from days prior. Where's maintenance at? Fire immediately! The job isn't being done at all.
