I was told that if i leave a review it could cause a change. i should be able to use my points to bring in my guest as many times as i want. It makes no sense that I am rewarded points by going to this gym and i cant use them as many times as i want. I EARNED THEM. you guys need to change your rules. Its unfair.

You guys need to have more than one front desk. Especially if you keep signing up more and more members. Way too packed. Start cancelling memberships or something.

The gym has a lot of potential but with the class going on upstairs at peek time ruins it for a lot of us. The gym is crowded and then with that section taken away it makes it worse. The trainers tell you to leave the area when the class starts even if you’re mid workout. They also don’t allow you to use the equipment or they take it away. The take all the upstairs dumbbells and no one can use them. They need to move that class to the back with the other classes.
