One thing I enjoy about this gym are the classes especially the Trupower class.

Lack of training on the OM side. No leadership skills to communicate with members and find out correct information. Assuming that member doesn’t have the proper membership to enter the facility and blasting a complete unacceptable message to his team instructing them to make sure I have a membership and if not, to make sure to sign me up for the highest membership (R+).
