Never had a trufit employee call me out of the 5 yrs of having a membership. Decided to cancel and Abram OM called and gave me alternative options. He’s very attentive and good costumer service. Nevertheless I still decided to follow through and cancel. I still appreciate his commitment and attentiveness.

I went in trying to cancel my membership due to me needing to be out of town for family reasons. Talked to Abram and was able to get more information. We were able to find better solution. Stress free!

This is one of my favorite trufits . Specially cause of one of the managers Alesha she helped my son and I start our membership. She did her best to answer all my questions and got me the best deal that fit our budget. She even got me started with a PT program
