Just joined the gym , the experience has been enjoyable especially our trainer Manny. He is full of energy and positivity. He encourages you and has lots of patience with us old folks . Look forward to doing many more sessions with him.

Great place to work out at our personal trainer Manuel Galvan is a great trainer he really motivates me to keep going I have already noticed big changes in me I have lost 20 lbs of weight in just 2 months & have also gained muscle I would highly recommend him to any body
