The gym is very clean always people cleaning the facility. The people upfront are very nice. I’ve been a member for about 2 years never had a problem.

Roman and Luis are the absolute best, they're part of the reason I come to the Walzem location. I've gone to multiple trufits, but walzem is by far my favorite, then universal city. Great atmosphere and gym culture. I've been coming for a little over a year and I've tried other gyms, I always come back to TruFit on Walzem.

El A.C. No está funcionando, tiene más de 1 mes con este problema, pago porque mi hija acuda a la guardería y últimamente no la puedo llevar todos los días porque el calor es insoportable, los niños salen sudando de este lugar creo que será mi último mes con ustedes.

Roman at the front desk is awesome-so friendly and courteous- great with customers-BUT the AC is always going out- literally every other week! The new manager, Shay knows nothing about customer service. When asked when it would be fixed- no idea. When I voiced concerns about heat injuries she either dismissed or tried to one-up me with her own complaints! I do not recommend this gym!

Front desk attendant old woman is irate and screams at customers she's belligerent on her best days like a Grey cloud as soon as you walk in.
