Derek nolte is a con man make sure you do your research and read reviews before renting from this company they will rip you off one way or another.
They fought just about every Maintenance request we ever had. Had ants in our apartment they never did anything. Didn't get our deposit back. When we moved in our apartment was a mess didn't say anything. But they charged us for a cracked mirror. We were never late on rent ever. But they still treated us like garbage. They installed a "new" toilet and they put a piece of wood underneath the toilet to hold it in place. It was a safety hazard and they never did anything about it. Do NOT rent from them.
