PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I had been renting with them for almost 2 years but in the last straight 6 months, I was constantly complaining about having mold and would constantly go into their main office to show them actual proof that there was mold in my apartment but they never cared about it. Worst management company I have ever rented from. They false advertise their apartments along with the pool/hot tub and exercise room. They pick and choose which lease violations are important to address and which aren’t. (All violations should be treated equally) They have done nothing to help prevent package theft or catch the person who is stealing, besides posting a sign and sending out a notice. My partner and I have been continuously working with TruHome Property Solutions on quite a few major and minor maintenance issues throughout the apartment we have decided to rent from them, and to say the least- we are impressed! Huge fist bump to Derek the owner, front end staff, and all maintenance personnel working around the clock to serve their tenants needs! Thank you for your hard work and most importantly giving my partner and I a very decent place to live for such a low price!
My washing machine was broken and they came and repaired it. The Maintenance Guy was very nice & polite. I had a very old machine. After 3 loads it started leaking again. They promptly came back and decided some parts needed to be replaced. After a couple of he called and asked if could have access right away. He brought someone else with him. They looked at it, had a discussion and told me they were going to get me a brand new washing machine. And They Did!! I love it! I works wonders and doesn't leak!! ❤️
The staff was amazing and so helpful in looking for a new apartment. Highly recommend them.
