We had a squirrel infestation in our attic and we required the sealing of entry points on various openings in our house, non-kill traps set around the yard and clean up from the droppings/bodies left behind. Bradley was exceptionally responsive to our needs throughout the 3-week long process this took to eradicate the problem. He was very thorough and professional.
They do an excellent job and the all of the technicians that have come out to service my property have been excellent. Very kind thorough, and great to answer any of my questions. I was very impressed with the response time & completion of (2) squirrels nest removed from under my solar panels. The 2 techs worked trying to remove the nest but due to damage to the electrical power to the panels one of the techs was shocked due to exposed wires. I called my solar company (Freedom) to deactivate the panels so they could remove the nests. David and his assistant were very prompt and efficient. We found a rabbit burrow in our yard a few days ago… well, this morning when my husband checked on them one of the babies was dead and being eaten by ants, the other one was fine but their mom was gone. I found trutech on google and their associate at the call center was so sweet and helpful. They were at our house within 2 hours. You can tell they care for animals. Within 10 minutes they said they had a rehab facility for the little rabbit. Such a great experience!
