TruTech has been wonderful! I highly recommend them! It began at my first appointment with Ashley who came out to assess the problem with raccoons— all the way to Diego, the technician who came and set the traps, I have been highly impressed! Everyone I’ve dealt with at TruTech has been helpful and professional. I will definitely call them again if I have any other critter problems.

This company has been amazing since I contacted them. I was o rerun with armadillo damage and they were able to eradicate the issue by trapping three of them and then applying a heaving barrier that has been hugely successful

Sales visit was good, Mitigation process was described clearly. The Mitigation process initially went smoothly but our wildlife problem persisted afterwards. Called back to have them come out a second time. Took a few more days but they did come set a 'bat valve' again. Then weeks went by with no contact. I texted the sales rep who said they'd come remove it. A couple more weeks went by. I called the office and asked again. Another week went by. A tech did finally come remove it, but it took a lot of me following up.
