Verified Renter Being our first apartment in Charlotte, Tryon Farms is a very clean, affordable and nicely updated community. The pet amenities along with the numerous pet waste stations around the community and a dog park is a major plus for the fur babies. Lastly the valet trash service thats available is very convenient after a long day. We enjoy the quiet tranquility of the community!

Verified Renter Since Bell Partners management took over, crime has significantly reduced (car break-ins, gun/drug crimes) at Tryon Farms. Thank you x1000, it finally feels like a safe place to live. Management is responsive and helpful.

Verified Renter Tryon Farms is a great community to live in. Great staff, the apartment homes are beautiful and modern, and the amenities are great. Tryon farms made my relocation here easy, stress free and for all that comes with it, you’ll probably won’t find at the same price as Tryon farms.
Verified Renter After 3 months of living here, I can say this is the best place I have ever lived. Staff is extremely friendly and responsive to any questions I have had. Grounds are clean, plentiful parking, excellent living space for the price. 10/10
