Would not recommend for patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia. The caregivers were mostly inattentive and played on their phones a lot. When I brought my concerns to the supervisory staff I was told that I need to give the caregivers better direction. So I did. Unfortunately, that did not solve the issues. If you are looking for a caregiver service that can handle dementia/Alzheimers patients, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. We had several staff members watch over my non-combative 82 year-old mother for the past 9 months. Two of them just sat and played with their phones. Others complained to their bosses (not us) over doing "extra tasks" such as her laundry. They also complained about her looping and fixations.
