The initial consultation and paperwork was great. When it came to the shipping of my mom’s ashes, the experience was terrible. My mom’s ashes were shipped when I was out of town and she sat at the post office. I specifically gave Tulip the dates I was going to be out of town and they said no worries, they would ship when I returned, well that didn’t happen. I was disappointed

My only issue was day of death we had a really hard time getting a hold of transport or getting a hold of anyone that could answer our questions regarding transport. We realized it was a Saturday and the person coming came a long way but seems like no one knew when we could expect the person. Challenging not having a timeline.
