I called inquiring about a unit priced at $1,015/ mo and I was very honest about my credit score being low, they promised they would work with me by simply increasing the deposit amount, I asked several times before proceeding because I know that each time your credit gets checked it drops your score and he insisted that they do work with with bad credit so I applied, they say it takes 24 to 48 hrs THAT IS A LIE, I heard back 1 whole entire week later after multiple unanswered calls and messages to the same liar that said he... read more
To whom it may concern, I have been a tenant for almost 4 years and was not notified in a timely manner that a 6 month lease was not an option for me anymore, as I currently am on a 6 month lease. After speaking with leasing office I was told that I can keep my 6 month lease and pay an additional $300 on top of my rent to stay in the same apartment with no upgrades added to even at least be worth what I am being charged! BEWARE!!! This Property is horrible this property consistently overcharges US in water which is added to The rent even though the neighborhood has severe water Leaks and drainage issues. If you don’t believe me, read other reviews in reference to the water issues out here we are dealing with .. .i currently live with roaches and crime ridden DRUNKS that walking up and down the sidewalk all day .plus the mailboxes are always being BROKEN completely open , in which men in this neighborhood go through the mail to STEAL CHECKS .... read more
