What’s criminal is that Turning Point can lie to and steal from clients, without any sanctions. They charged us upfront for taking in a resident, then three days later said that the resident had to leave-not for breaking any facility requirements-but for the very treatment to which Turning Point agreed! Then, after stating that the funds would be returned-due to their own initiated dismissal-we waited for over 60 days, and much to our shock, they charged us 69% in early termination charges-their own charges!! I hope the changes come to turning point so people like me and many others don’t leave the program more damaged than we came in. I hope the CEO sees this and makes needed adjustments unless he’s just about profit and not helping people get better. If so that is what’s happening at your facilities as someone who got more trauma and more destroyed by a place that was supposed to help me and others find safety and healing. Edit. I was there from late June to late July. I can honestly say that coming here is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Staff is welcoming and supportive. I had Zac as my therapist and he’s the best therapist I’ve ever had. He made me feel seen and understood. Checked up on me frequently, even when we didn’t have a session at that time. Chelsie was the one who picked me up from the airport, and right when I met her I felt comfortable and my anxiety was eased immensely. I recommend this place to anyone seeking mental health... read more

A lot of things got swept under the rug, since many clients needed staff support and they just can’t give it all to everyone. This resulted in me having an incident, and I was sent to the hospital and asked not to return. For that reason, I would only recommend Turning point to those with minor mental health issues, and for those that can be super independent even when in distress. They don’t have th... read more
