Really frustrating experience with poor communication and bad customer service. For a hail claim they asked for all the money upfront, which insurance advised against. Contractors arrived at our house without warning. They continually put us off when they were supposed to be scheduling and completing work. We were consistently forced to contact them, at which point they would finally respond and schedule contractors to complete jobs but they were never proactive.
