Turtle Roofing is amazing! They have been incredibly responsive to all my roofing needs! They are extremely professional and very friendly! My insurance had me with 4 different adjustors- Turtle worked with each one to make sure I was covered and nothing was getting overlooked! I highly recommend Turtle Roofing to anyone who has roofing issues or needs.

Turtle Roofing coordinated an excellent team to new roof, hail damage to garage doors , replaced as well as window wraps and few screens. All work was superior.

Very Professional in all aspects of the process. They were delightful to work with. I would Highly recommend them.
They switched consultants several times. The consultant communicated very poorly when it came to providing information for anything and they were very pushy when they wanted any payment. There were endless emails, texts, and phone calls. Even when the payment was transferring from my insurance company to bank, they were reaching out. Their crew was largely Hispanic speaking; but hard to communicate when I wanted to ask them questions or point out that they damaged my gutters. Really frustrating experience with poor communication and bad customer service. For a hail claim they asked for all the money upfront, which insurance advised against. Contractors arrived at our house without warning. They continually put us off when they were supposed to be scheduling and completing work. We were consistently forced to contact them, at which point they would finally respond and schedule contractors to complete jobs but they were never proactive. First, we only ask for 50% of the RCV of the project up front, and we did the same in your case. The final bill was not paid until after the project was completed. We fixed the issues with the drywall, and got you money so you could purchase a new table that we accidently broke during the production process.
