"I had never heard of The city of Tustin until my car..." I had never heard of The city of Tustin until my car broke down on the freeway and was towed here. Carl oversaw the work -new transmission and clutch -and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He set me up on a payment plan so I could have my car back as soon as possible and also explained the issues to me in detail. My car feels like new.
