Carlos Delossantos is an exceptional salesman who listened to all of my concerns regarding my new Nissan Leaf purchase. He was very professional and answered all my questions without pressuring me. Huss Hussein worked with me on financing options in order to get the lease payment I needed and was very patient and understanding. I would recommend this dealership because of their truly exceptional service.
I've stated this before that perhaps when one's vehicle is ready to leave, the technician could come out and let the patron know what was repaired and/or what was observed as upcoming repairs. For instance, they can tell by the amount of wear on a patron's tires if they can expect to get another 10k miles out of them or 20k, etc. If a filter is dirty and they somewhat prep the patron that the next visit that filter will need to be replaced, etc. Or even nothing is wrong and it looks good ... see ya back in 5,000 miles.
