Just want to start by saying how amazing my experience was — all thanks to Mary! I came in with very limited knowledge about what I wanted to wear or how the rental process even worked. Tuxedo Wearhouse is great for renting and for alterations. Their seamstress, Amy, is phenomenal!. Over the years, I have taken many of my clothes for alterations and Amy knows exactly what to do. She is also very reasonable so it makes it worthwhile to get the alterations done. More than that, I am just always impressed by how Amy knows exactly what to tuck, let out, cut, stitch, to make the outfit look better than it did before.
Needed a last minute tuxedo to rent for an event. I walked in, was fitted quickly, and was on my way out with a tux within 25 minutes. I was assisted by Faith, who provided excellent customer service. The price was definitely reasonable. Would rent here again.
I was in and out within just under 20 minutes. Mary was great and tailored my suit, and I was able to efficiently select a larger size shoe than I usually wear because it was a better fit. Pricing was also great as well at better total (for coat and shoes) than the other company I visited this week. The materials I received here at Tuxedo Wearhouse are also of higher quality, so this is place that's definitely a win. I'd go back for sure.
Very professional. Quick and knowledgeable about how to adjust your fit or make changes to be comfortable. Adjustments were quick and accurate. They have athletics fit shirts, skinnier pants and wide shoes so you can pull off the look you want as well as be comfortable for your event. Jane was exceptional in ensuring the right fit and making sure the tux was ready in time for the event.
