I had a hallway light fixture replaced, track lighting removed and a new ceiling fan and wiring done today. They were on time, polite, knew what I needed done. Hallway light fixture was done quickly and track lighting removed with no issues or damage. He helpfully plotted where the ceiling fan should be installed and got that up! There was no left over mess and he helpfully took the track lighting away. We're so pleased! We look forward to working with them on replacing our circuit breaker/electrical box. Colton and Tanner came to my residence to replace light fixtures. replace a fuse. replace outlets and disconnect an outlet and check for any additional outlets that may need replaced. They did an awesome job. They were here on time. Very nice and professional. They worked very well together as a team and we're both very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. And went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be requesting them back soon to do more work. Great Job to you both.😀
I called TWC on a Monday morning regarding a dishwasher that was powering on and off for several days. I was quoted by phone a charge of $179 for the service call, which would cover the first hour of service. It was noted that any parts needed would be an additional charge. I was quoted an arrival window of 1:00 - 3:00 PM. Stephen, the electrician, called at 12:30 to notify me he was en route and would arrive by 1:00 PM. He was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.
