Rick is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional!! We had our outdoor builder grade light fixtures replaced. They did a stellar job!! They even came back to put on some madallions under our porch to fill in the gaps!!! Great team! Guys are so polite and fast!!! We will definitely be using them again!!
I had a hallway light fixture replaced, track lighting removed and a new ceiling fan and wiring done today. They were on time, polite, knew what I needed done. Hallway light fixture was done quickly and track lighting removed with no issues or damage. He helpfully plotted where the ceiling fan should be installed and got that up! There was no left over mess and he helpfully took the track lighting away. We're so pleased! We look forward to working with them on replacing our circuit breaker/electrical box. This is my 2nd encounter with Stephen (TWC). 1st: was on my own through Thumbtack. This person is a great asset for TWC and people like me living in ohio and going through a whole lot of nonsense people. This man is so knowledgeable that he diagnosed my 1st Electrical issue right on the phone, came and fixed it just in seconds. Very functional electrical company. Needed a new bathroom ceiling fan and two ground fault protection outlets. Outlets were done as expected. New ceiling fan has a 1 1/2" x 8 1/2" gap to one side. Not what I expected. Plus, installers did not bring a vacuum, they used mine. I still had to clean up after them. P.S. It's nice to blame the customer for the ceiling fan not fitting since you asked the customer to supply the fan. I bought the fan recommended for the size bathroom.
Had a 26k Kohler generator installed today, TWC crew of Corey, Sebastien, Travis, Tanner, Colton and Bant … did an exceptional job. I highly recommend their company
