Billy was the most knowledgeable tech I’ve ever had the privilege of dealing with, regardless of industry. He went above and beyond in getting the project done in one day, while gently educating me on the best way to maintain our tub. He’s a super solid guy and I cannot think of anything that could have improved the experience. If you need your Jacuzzi fixed, ask for Billy, I cannot imagine anyone more qualified!

Billy was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. He was incredibly helpful and took time to explain things thoroughly. Billy fixed what needed to be completed and went above by educating me on what to look for and what to do next to keep our hot tub running smoothly while also providing tips for preventive measures. Nice work, Billy, and thank you for the great service!
The tech, Billy, who came out for a service call was awesome! He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it and let me watch without feeling in the way or like I was bothering him. He also gave me tips on how to improve my spa maintenance and performance. I’ve had other non-Jacuzzi spas and service calls for them in the past and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had, great job!!! Service for my Jacuzzi in just 2 days, prompt and courteous service. Highly recommend Twin City Jacuzzi!
