Make sure you ask and understand the warranty or lack there of. Ours isn’t even 4 years old and already have to replace pump and cover. That’s about 2 grand. Not counting 3 pressure switches. Which are cheap but annoying. Make no mistake these are great when they work just understand everything goes to hell right as your warranty expires. It’s a money pit.

Dean was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was professional, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He also was understanding in sticking with a price point I was aiming for. We are loving our new hot tub as a family! Dean even helped me get it up and running over the phone and with the appropriate chemicals making it super easy every step of the way! Not only did we receive exceptional service throughout our purchase from beginning to end but Mark helped us completely transform our old spa room into a new beautiful modern space. From sales, delivery, remodel and installation every single team member we interacted with were extremely professional and a very talented group of people. Bryce and his team go out of their way to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Bryce made everything work for our family despite our many changes, challenges, last minute decisions and timing issues. He was available 24/7 via phone or FaceTime so that we were able to run our swim spa mistake free and we love it!! I would give 10 Stars ⭐️ if it was an option..Thank You!!
