⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We purchased our hot tub from Jacuzzi at St. Louis Park about 3 1/2 years ago, and the customer service has always been excellent. Today, I went to the store to pick up a pair of filters but mistakenly purchased the incorrect ones. When I returned about an hour later to make the exchange, there was a small glitch with the computer system. However, Tom and Deb were fantastic. Twin City Jacuzzi has been one of the best partnerships we have ever experienced throughout our years of home ownership. I bought a jacuzzi j345 in March of 2020. I've had a few issues with warranty, standard, for a tub that's outside. My warranty issue is with the company I bought it from. Very slow to respond, don't receive a call back for days, I will now move on to another company. Can't take it anymore. I own a business, a heating business, and if I treated my customers the way that I've been treated I wouldn't be in business.
Not only did we receive exceptional service throughout our purchase from beginning to end but Mark helped us completely transform our old spa room into a new beautiful modern space. From sales, delivery, remodel and installation every single team member we interacted with were extremely professional and a very talented group of people. We are beyond happy with our J495 purchase from Twin City Jacuzzi and consider Mark and Bryce to be friends that we could call at anytime in the future. My wife and I highly recommend them!!!
Bryce and his team go out of their way to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Bryce made everything work for our family despite our many changes, challenges, last minute decisions and timing issues. He was available 24/7 via phone or FaceTime so that we were able to run our swim spa mistake free and we love it!! I would give 10 Stars ⭐️ if it was an option..Thank You!!
