Worked with Bryce at all locations including the State Fair. You will never meet a more professional, courteous, caring sales representative anywhere in MN. We had to make several changes after our initial order and Bryce worked tirelessly to make sure that we were happy and that we had the Peace of Mind we needed at the end of the day. Really appreciate meeting and speaking with technician Steve today while he diagnosed and repaired my Jacuzzi tub lights. He got them working very quickly explaining the issue with the waterfall light and also replaced my clear-ray bulb too. He acted professionally and respectfully leaving me extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Thank you!
Steve was awesome. He quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue I was having with my hot tub. He then thoroughly reviewed the hot tub features and how to properly use the chemicals. Very pleased with Steve’s service and knowledge. Highly recommend.
Great experience purchasing our hot tub here. They had the best prices and least pushy people. We've had our tub for about 18 months and just had our first service call. Steve was great, he had to replace all of our LEDs and did an amazing job. Unfortunately we had to pay for a $150 service call for what seemed to be a factory assembly problem. This is my only reason for removing a star. Steve gets 5 stars in my book.
