Steve was awesome. He quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue I was having with my hot tub. He then thoroughly reviewed the hot tub features and how to properly use the chemicals. Very pleased with Steve’s service and knowledge. Highly recommend.
Twin Cities Jacuzzi has been super helpful, professional since I bought my hot tub from them two years ago. Recently, a factory defect caused a minor leak issue, and their repair guy Steve went so above and beyond to fix it.
