Worked with Bryce at all locations including the State Fair. You will never meet a more professional, courteous, caring sales representative anywhere in MN. We had to make several changes after our initial order and Bryce worked tirelessly to make sure that we were happy and that we had the Peace of Mind we needed at the end of the day. Twin Cities Jacuzzi has been super helpful, professional since I bought my hot tub from them two years ago. Recently, a factory defect caused a minor leak issue, and their repair guy Steve went so above and beyond to fix it. Was very communicative, transparent every step of the way, and really did me a solid saving the day before needing thr hot tub for a party.
Really appreciate meeting and speaking with technician Steve today while he diagnosed and repaired my Jacuzzi tub lights. He got them working very quickly explaining the issue with the waterfall light and also replaced my clear-ray bulb too.
