Truly hospitable experience with Twin Dental New York, quite literally from start to finish - from the receptionist clearing all paperwork and insurance ahead of the appointment to scheduling follow-up visits for continued care. I was completely blown away with EVERYONE and EVERYTHING at Twin Dental. The welcome I got from the receptionist and Dr. Boris was like a warm hug if that makes sense. Dr Evelina, MAGNIFICENT, gentle, and thorough!!! Loved that each room had a different genre of music, I was in the frank Sinatra room, which I loved. Being a new patient I got a goodie bag( not just oral hygiene). They are so wonderful at Twin dental I found not one thing negative.
These guys are great! The whole team is super welcoming, and each visit has gone smoothly. I’ve had routine cleanings as well as an implant, and for everything I feel like they are careful, thorough, and do a great job. Would definitely recommend!
Great experience! My dental anxiety was put to ease. The staff and Dr. Davydov were great! Dr. Davydov was gentle and talked me through each step of my visit/procedure. Made me feel very comfortable. I’m grateful to have found this practice.
