Friendly service, knowledgeable staff. Scheduling is so simple and can usually get you in same day it next. Clean shop, waiting area and bathrooms. Love the free soda or coffee while we wait even a little kids table with crayons and coloring books. I appreciate the smiles from all staff. Highly recommend!
This is the second time I have my truck serviced at Twin Falls Chevrolet. I travel for work and my vehicle has been repaired in Salt Lake - Elko and now Twin. Very fast honest customer service. Highly recommend.
Did a great job and didn’t try to upsell me. The shuttle service was great and she gave us a great conversation. Caleb did a great job and listened to our needs and found a solution. Very impressed with the facility but moreover the top notch service staff.
Highly disappointed. Claim that manufactured defect on paint for vehicle was caused by rock chips and bad repair. When I purchased it like that from them. While there are known issues for that paint and year specific. Here's the thing, it falls under the bumper to bumper limited warranty and they still refuse to do the warranty claim. Tony was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by delivering the vehicle to Hailey and picking up my trade-in. The entire process was smooth, comfortable, and seamless. The new facility is also incredible. I’m very impressed with the whole team and their operation! I will be returning for further business and servicing for my new 2025 Silverado 1500 High Country.
