We have bought four cars now from Twin Falls Chevrolet in the last five years been treated really good by Tedy in the whole group. Salesman have been great straightforward honest answer our questions. Don’t porous can’t ask for better service even after the sale Tedy Goes out of his way to make sure you have excellent service after the sale. We had a really great experience with Tommy and the team at twin falls Chevrolet. We were in need of a new vehicle quickly and found a great deal at the dealership. Very friendly, personable, didn’t feel like I was being sold on anything. Tommy and the team addressed all our concerns and were willing to fix the windshield and drivers seat. They also delivered the vehicle to us in Pocatello. 5/5 would recommend.
Great people and excellent service. I arrived without an appointment for a tire rotation and an oil change. I had received discount coupons in the mail because I am a regular customer. Thanks to the team that took care of me and got me on my way in less than an hour!
Tony was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by delivering the vehicle to Hailey and picking up my trade-in. The entire process was smooth, comfortable, and seamless. The new facility is also incredible. I’m very impressed with the whole team and their operation! I will be returning for further business and servicing for my new 2025 Silverado 1500 High Country.
It was good in the beginning, but I thought they were looking at my overall vehicle and i had to remind them to check the breaks m, shocks. I also told them i had a weird noise went over bumps and they were suppose ti check it out. The next day they called and said it was done and I said did u find the noise. They said it wasn't on the order? I said it was with the first person I spoke to? They then went through the paperwork and found it. I think the communication between the service techs could be better.
