Highly disappointed. Claim that manufactured defect on paint for vehicle was caused by rock chips and bad repair. When I purchased it like that from them. While there are known issues for that paint and year specific. Here's the thing, it falls under the bumper to bumper limited warranty and they still refuse to do the warranty claim. This is the second time I have my truck serviced at Twin Falls Chevrolet. I travel for work and my vehicle has been repaired in Salt Lake - Elko and now Twin. Very fast honest customer service. Highly recommend.
We had a really great experience with Tommy and the team at twin falls Chevrolet. We were in need of a new vehicle quickly and found a great deal at the dealership. Very friendly, personable, didn’t feel like I was being sold on anything. Tommy and the team addressed all our concerns and were willing to fix the windshield and drivers seat. They also delivered the vehicle to us in Pocatello. 5/5 would recommend.
Great friendly environment. Travis T. helped us out. He provided insightful information about our situation. It was smooth and easy to setup an appointment. We were lucky they were able to get us in the next day. The technician Jesse was also really professional. He was able to answered all our questions.
This was my second experience with TF Chevy. Both times are basic service but they still do stand out from other dealerships I have had to work with in the past. The facility is extremely we taken care of, they are very efficient in the service and their communications around the service, the wait area is also very nice and just generally it has been a really positive experience. Very impressed.
