I will definitely be taking my car back to them. They were fast and very affordable for what I needed done. I’m very impressed with the service I was provided and Carlos was very helpful and explained in detail what was going on and kept me updated! 10/10 would recommend!
We were traveling through Twin Falls day three of our six week road trip and had a sensor fail on our truck. Twin Falls Chevrolet was able to get us in that morning and had us back on the road that afternoon. Audrey our service manager and Victor our technician were great keeping up informed on what was going on and the progress. We highly recommend Twin Falls Chevrolet.
I’m visiting from Florida they were able to make an appointment for me the next day had me in and out as promised. Jeff was my advisor even took care of a recall that I thought I was going to have to wait till I was back in Florida. Definitely 5 star deserving
I went in with a crackling speaker issue that only presented itself during calls. They updated the software and sent me on my way. I would have bet this wouldn't fix the issue, but I left anyway. I received quite a pleasant surprise when this indeed did fix the issue. I was very impressed that they knew what was wrong and fixed the issue on the first visit. I haven't always had this kind of luck with (other) dealerships. As always, great job Twin Falls Chevrolet team!!
Absolutly loved my first experience with them. All the team members were very helpful and went above and beyond. They had me in and out within 35 minutes for an oil change. Will definitely be going back as a repeating customer.
