We have bought four cars now from Twin Falls Chevrolet in the last five years been treated really good by Tedy in the whole group. Salesman have been great straightforward honest answer our questions. Don’t porous can’t ask for better service even after the sale Tedy Goes out of his way to make sure you have excellent service after the sale. We were lucky they were able to get us in the next day. The technician Jesse was also really professional. He was able to answered all our questions.
We had a really great experience with Tommy and the team at twin falls Chevrolet. We were in need of a new vehicle quickly and found a great deal at the dealership. Very friendly, personable, didn’t feel like I was being sold on anything. Tommy and the team addressed all our concerns and were willing to fix the windshield and drivers seat. They also delivered the vehicle to us in Pocatello. 5/5 would recommend.
This was my second experience with TF Chevy. Both times are basic service but they still do stand out from other dealerships I have had to work with in the past. The facility is extremely we taken care of, they are very efficient in the service and their communications around the service, the wait area is also very nice and just generally it has been a really positive experience. Very impressed.
Great people and excellent service. I arrived without an appointment for a tire rotation and an oil change. I had received discount coupons in the mail because I am a regular customer. Thanks to the team that took care of me and got me on my way in less than an hour!
