This is the second time I have my truck serviced at Twin Falls Chevrolet. I travel for work and my vehicle has been repaired in Salt Lake - Elko and now Twin. Very fast honest customer service. Highly recommend.
Great friendly environment. Travis T. helped us out. He provided insightful information about our situation. It was smooth and easy to setup an appointment. We were lucky they were able to get us in the next day. The technician Jesse was also really professional. He was able to answered all our questions.
Did a great job and didn’t try to upsell me. The shuttle service was great and she gave us a great conversation. Caleb did a great job and listened to our needs and found a solution. Very impressed with the facility but moreover the top notch service staff.
Highly disappointed. Claim that manufactured defect on paint for vehicle was caused by rock chips and bad repair. When I purchased it like that from them. While there are known issues for that paint and year specific. Here's the thing, it falls under the bumper to bumper limited warranty and they still refuse to do the warranty claim. We had just purchased a 2017 Ford F150 from Twin Falls Chevrolet with very pitted windshield. They ordered a new w/s and installed it. Also cleaned the seats. Did a great job. We really appreciate how they have taken care of us. They took care of the cost. Thank you
