Brayden was amazing from the start. What I liked was that he wasn't pushy or aggressive about a sale. He really just wanted me to feel comfortable with any decision I made. Audrey did a great job communicating with me on the status of my service and was very friendly. They were running a little behind schedule but Audrey made sure I was taken care of and out the door in time for my next appointment. They also have the best waiting area with plenty of space and drinks available.
Let me start by saying two things: 1) We have always had great experiences here before, and 2) I almost never leave reviews. We got a call on Friday asking if we could come in at 8:30 Monday morning to have our truck serviced. We said yes, and I brought my husband’s truck in at 8:30 this morning. Great walk in service and couldn't have been more accommodating for a last minute issue. We were on a trip and needed an oil change, on the way there I had a limp mode emissions warning come on. They had me turned around very quickly. For a dealer we didn't purchase from I'm very impressed with the level of attentiveness and communication. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
