Tony was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by delivering the vehicle to Hailey and picking up my trade-in. The entire process was smooth, comfortable, and seamless. The new facility is also incredible. I’m very impressed with the whole team and their operation! I will be returning for further business and servicing for my new 2025 Silverado 1500 High Country.
Great people and excellent service. I arrived without an appointment for a tire rotation and an oil change. I had received discount coupons in the mail because I am a regular customer. Thanks to the team that took care of me and got me on my way in less than an hour!
My Tahoe's battery died. Got it started and drove straight to Twin Falls Chevrolet. They were able to get our Tahoe right in. Changed the battery and also did some needed regular maintenance - oil change, rotate tires, and general diagnostic. Even informed us that are key fob batteries were running low. Very helpful. Friendly service.
Customer Service was great! Took my car in for a recall. They quoted me in repairs that were waaay over priced but overall I was happy with the job they did and their customer service. I’ll be back for an oil change or something small, just for the customer service alone.
I no longer own my Chevy truck, but I continue to come to this dealership. They are consistently polite, make sure they have my parts in stock when I make my appointment and get me in and out as quickly as possible. They are thorough in checking my updates and all around condition of my car. When something is coming due they let me know . I will be a customer for life.
