super easy and security seems nice! Only problem I had was trying to find the unit I had rented because a lot of the doors don’t have unit numbers on them so it was kind of a guessing game but the staff over the phone were super helpful and helped me figure it out!
Best storage place ive rented from super nice and understanding. Friendly Easy to rent and access. Very fast at getting back to you almost no wait time!! Just wish open hours of access were 24hrs or even till 10pm.

Simple process, I needed a storage unit for just a few months to hold my daughter’s dorm things. Everything was done over email, which was perfect since I live hours away. Moving day came, we arrived with our things. Opened the gate, the unit was clean. We were able to back right up to the door, and unload. The unit is very close to Oregon State. Mostly positive experience with the new owners and management. There have been one or two instances I feel could have been handled a little better, but overall a good experience.
