Twitchell has been amazing! From the first phone call, they knew exactly where I was and had a history of the property to base automatic service on. I've only been a customer for a handful of months, but the difference between Twitchell and a certain company named after a river has been night and day. From the personalized service, to the friendly voice on the phone, to the driver trudging through the snow when I forgot to cut him a path (mea culpa!) every interaction has been top notch.
Twitchell Fuel Co., is an amazing company. They have always responded to my oil needs immediately and are a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. In the middle of a very cold stretch last year, we had an issue and they went above and beyond to ensure that we were fueled up and warm. I appreciate their kindness and attention very much! We have always had a good experience with Twitchell Fuel. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. The drivers who bring our fuel are very efficient.
I have a difficult driveway to maneuver in winter and the drivers make the extra effort to assure my delivery.
