I didn't feel understood or well represented by Twyford. My case was a sticky one, and this was my first time involved in a legal case. I wanted a lawyer that was willing to explain the process to me thoroughly. I wanted a lawyer that cared enough to pronounce my name correctly in front of the judge and my ex. That didn't happen.
