The online portal was easy to use and the loan officers were easy to work with. The two things I didn't like as much was first that Guaranteed Rate Insurance sales reps kept calling me to offer insurance options, despite me not being interested (and already having home insurance picked). The second bother was that the portal was sometimes out of sync with required items, so I had to call my loan officer to confirm what was requied to be done.
