Recently I had the pleasure of visiting U First body shop to get repairs done on my wife’s Range Rover, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Rod and Carlos were fantastic throughout the process—extremely responsive and always ready to assist. They made sure to use factory parts, ensuring the car remained as authentic as possible. What a great experience. Carlos and staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They quoted me and came out just as indicated. My 18 year old 2006 BMW Z4 roadster had an accumulated number of bumps and bruises over its life and a front end that had seen it's share of parking blocks, low clearance scrapes, and other assorted mishaps. Highly recommend this shop for collision repairs. As a young woman going to body shops have a negative stigma but these guys rock and won’t take advantage of you. The first shop I went to tried to quote me $7k but Rod was a stand up guy and really helped me out with my repair. I ended up paying $4.9k for extensive damage and when I’m my car was done they also cleaned the inside and washed the outside. Highly recommend these guys for your car repair needs. Stand up business.
I brought my truck in to repair the bumper and these guys went above and beyond. I have used them a few times from their Burleson location and have always had an excellent experience. They are honest and very friendly. If you need work done, I highly recommend them.
