I highly recommend U First Auto Body off 290. I took my X3 in for body and collision repair. Rod was particularly helpful in promptly getting me an estimate and then working with the insurance company to adjust theirs to fully cover the cost of repair (excluding deductible). The shop meticulously worked to get my SUV repaired to where it looks brand new!
After installation of new headlights for my Ford Edge I learned that the installer a well known auto repair was not set up to perform an alignment. In search of assistance I stopped into U First Auto Body Shop to see if they would be able to help. The owner went out of his way to accommodate my needs. His team stopped what they were working on and professionally aligned my headlights. All of this with no charge for the request of passing the word about U First Auto Body Shop to my friends. I got in an accident the week of my wedding and U-First Auto Body helped me out so much! I was already stressed that week and with my car being out it just made things worse, BUT they came to my rescue, took my car in and got it fixed in what seemed like no time. They helped with getting my car to the shop as well as dealing with my insurance company. I’m so grateful and thankful for Carlos and Jesse and making my car look as if it was never an accident to begin with!
Recently got my Tesla Bumper fixed and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend their services at "U first Auto Body Shop" at 290 location. Rod is the man and his communication is amazing. They are a professional and personable team. They communicated in detail all the repairs required step by step. Jesse helped me with my car damage. He was polite and helpful. He gave me an estimate and completed the repair in a timely manner!! If I need more body work I’ll visit U First!
