Just used this place for a month. Overall I would recommend and would use again. Pros: Very easy to sign up. Discount for online reservation. Convenient hours and easy in-out process. Clean units and carts available for renters' use. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: Administrative fee for initial sign up is not waived if you find you need to switch to a different/bigger unit (you need to cancel and then sign up all over again.) Office area had overwhelming scent of cologne.
I’ve been a customer of U Stor it Lisle for nearly 3 years and I’m delighted with the service and support from the staff at this location. They are friendly, professional, and seek to find solutions for all my storage needs. The manager Mike is the best, and sets a fine example for the rest of his stellar team.
Well i went in today to acquire a reserved storage. And recieved: An inflated insurance fee (Prviously @ 2wks ago, i was told it was $12, today iTs $16?!) Also a 'surprised'' 1 time NoN refundable(of course) Administration?fee. Quite dissapointing. I called myself gettng storage here thinking it'd be more re$onable than my other storage across street, now im not so sure .
Excellent customer service, very professional, cordial, prompt. Very, very clean and well maintained facility. The use of digital transference of contracts and rental payments are a huge plus.
My husband and I had this storage for six years. In those six years we got zero communication. Someone got out camper and no one called. When I asked what happened the guy tried to lie to me me saying “we called you but no one answered”. He had my phone number on file…..I asked if he left a voicemail he said yes, I went though them…no voicemail.
