The pros: The facility was clean, and the staff was all very nice. I liked that you could drive in and not worry about the weather at all while going back and forth from the unit to the car. The cons: the rent was about three times as much as the facility I have moved to and is priced this way against most that I shopped for. And the company that I moved to also has more space vertically so I can fit even more. The new place I also went to also has an app that I could access the building as well. Just used this place for a month. Overall I would recommend and would use again. Pros: Very easy to sign up. Discount for online reservation. Convenient hours and easy in-out process. Clean units and carts available for renters' use. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: Administrative fee for initial sign up is not waived if you find you need to switch to a different/bigger unit (you need to cancel and then sign up all over again.) Office area had overwhelming scent of cologne.

Clean, extremely well maintained facility. Staff is always friendly and professional. Communication is great with each monthly statement, and staff also patrols the grounds fastidiously. Everything you want for peace of mind.
Great place to store your belongings. Convenient access to units. Very clean. Best of all is their customer service…shout out to Patrick!
