Why is there no phone number to the Corporate office?? I was told that even managers are not allowed to contact the Corporate office. I went to the office but got no where with the issue at hand. We had already let them know we were vacating but now they are charging us for a Whole month for one day we went over the 10th. So basically we have to pay 1 month for a vacant unit. What a ripoff. Was able to get everything I needed to store. When I had questions the office personnel was able and willing to help.
