I rented a storage unit expecting to move in the next day, which was a Monday. I specifically called to confirm their hours, and I was told they were open until 6 p.m. I arrived at 5:05 p.m., only to find the location closed at 5 p.m. The incorrect information caused me to waste time and disrupted my plans. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! Not only is there a variety of sizes but the units are clean!! Property is well kept and maintained regularly. I definitely recommend this storage facility. The office is decorated nicely for the holidays.
We really like this storage facility because they have everything you need all in one place. It's also convenient and easy to access the units. The service is great too, very friendly and helpful.

Super easy sign up process *Update* After determining my trailer won't fit in the unit, I cancelled the unit. Only had the unit for 24 hours to my surprise not a single dollar was refunded to me. Quite frustrating
