I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. I recently had my storage unit broken into, and all of my personal belongings were stolen. The lack of support and empathy from this company has been absolutely appalling. I immediately reported the break-in, only to be met with indifference and zero assistance. Not only did they offer no sympathy for the traumatic experience, but they also refused to take any responsibility or help me navigate the situation.
