I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. I recently had my storage unit broken into, and all of my personal belongings were stolen. The lack of support and empathy from this company has been absolutely appalling. I immediately reported the break-in, only to be met with indifference and zero assistance. Not only did they offer no sympathy for the traumatic experience, but they also refused to take any responsibility or help me navigate the situation. Very friendly, and efficient staff. Answered all our questions and made the check in process easy. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Used this company for just 3 months. I posted a scathing review to get my money back but promised to delete it when they returned the fraudulent charge (which they finally did), so I did. My advise... stay away from this company.
