Rented a 15 ft truck and worked great. The staff was great and respectfully. Would definitely go back again for a truck rental.

Staff in the office were great for the most part. I requested a smaller unit though and was told I was being put on a waiting list. However I was never contacted after and units were given to others. The main reason I left was because the costs continually increased rapidly including insurance fees as well. Because they don't want you to rent for an extended period. That should be up to the tenant though.
I have had a storage here for years. I went to my storage and discovered that my locks were changed. The worker came out and cut the locks off. She then proceeded to say that she thought that my storage was up for auction. Which was untrue! My storage was paid and never up for auction. After they cut the locks off I seen that over half of my valuables were missing! I have $5,000 in insurance, but it won't replace everything. The authorities were called and now I have to rebuild everything.
Alison was so patient with us. She was very helpful and overall a fun person to be in the presence of. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Thank you so much for your patience, kindness, and understanding.
