I have had a storage here for years. I went to my storage and discovered that my locks were changed. The worker came out and cut the locks off. She then proceeded to say that she thought that my storage was up for auction. Which was untrue! My storage was paid and never up for auction. After they cut the locks off I seen that over half of my valuables were missing! I have $5,000 in insurance, but it won't replace everything. The authorities were called and now I have to rebuild everything.
Alison was so patient with us. She was very helpful and overall a fun person to be in the presence of. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Thank you so much for your patience, kindness, and understanding.
The facility was very clean and the employee Hannah did a great job, she was very polite and professional. Made our experience at this location amazing, also offered great service with discounts 10/10 would recommend!!
They offer a lot of services perfect for your move with friendly staff and good C.S. I would recommend them as well as return here!
Alison is always helpful & I love how big the storage unit is definitely would recommend!
