From the moment I applied on the website, I knew the price was right and the facility was safe. I prefer the courtesy and care of an independent small business. Keegan was SO kind and polite!! He's a keeper! After seeing the unit, I went home and felt overwhelmed that I had probably gotten too small of a unit. But Keegan took care of it when I called him! I have been with U Stor-It for several years now. Robert has always taken very good care of me. Recently I had come into financial difficulties and Robert suggested downsizing and was so helpful with getting me a smaller and more affordable unit. I really appreciated the fact that Robert took a personal interest in my plight and helped make the transition virtually painless. He is a great asset to their business.
Highly recommend U Store It for your storage needs. Robert was awesome getting me set up in my new storage unit rental. Very courteous and professional. Talked about all the improvements and safety lighting that had recently been installed. I know my items will be safe here!
