I’ve had a great experience with U-Stor-It Storage! The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, with easy access and plenty of lighting. I really appreciated the flexible rental terms and reasonable prices.
I really can’t say enough about this place. The manager Keegan was so courteous and helpful when I called. He then set me up with an appointment time to come in that same day. He was just as nice in person as he was on the phone and gave us a very detailed and honest rundown of what he had to offer. He explained everything clearly and made sure that everything was understood and then gave us an additional 25% off discount on top of the one that was already offered. I would highly suggest using this place!
Keegan is was very friendly and helpful! The facility is clean, secure and easy to access. Highly recommended for anyone needing extra storage space.
I have been storing stuff at U-Stor-It , formerly Simi Stow-It, for many years. We have never had a problem and the fees are less than other places I have contacted. The staff is very friendly and helpful and processing payments is very easy. I recommend them to all my friends.
this place offered us a free lock for good review so don't believe anything you read at all and it's full of bugs and outdoors. We found cheaper storage at literally anywhere else, literally climate controlled and inside. This place should be the last place on your list. They tell you to claim insurance when their outdoor location is infested with bugs. The person working even said many people complain and "it's the summer".YEAH OK pal It's so bad I came back And edited my paid for review **** that. **** This place. BEWARE
