From the moment I applied on the website, I knew the price was right and the facility was safe. I prefer the courtesy and care of an independent small business. Keegan was SO kind and polite!! He's a keeper! After seeing the unit, I went home and felt overwhelmed that I had probably gotten too small of a unit. But Keegan took care of it when I called him! I came back in and got a bigger unit and another discount and he threw in an extra lock! I was totally blown away by that! I will keep giving my business and recommend to ... read more
I have been with U Stor-It for several years now. Robert has always taken very good care of me. Recently I had come into financial difficulties and Robert suggested downsizing and was so helpful with getting me a smaller and more affordable unit. I really appreciated the fact that Robert took a personal interest in my plight and helped make the transition virtually painless. He is a great asset to their business.
Robert’s been super helpful and on top of it when I needed to move out of my house. Friendly service and great communication.
Dillon was great and answered all our questions with a smile. He made starting a new lease fast and easy.
Blaze was very helpful! I’ve come in a few different times and received great customer service every single time. The pricing is competitive and the process has been easy and professional. Definitely recommend U-Stor-It if you’re looking for storage.
