I really can’t say enough about this place. The manager Keegan was so courteous and helpful when I called. He then set me up with an appointment time to come in that same day. He was just as nice in person as he was on the phone and gave us a very detailed and honest rundown of what he had to offer. He explained everything clearly and made sure that everything was understood and then gave us an additional 25% off discount on top of the one that was already offered. I would highly suggest using this place!
Last week I went in and spoke to Robert about a potential unit for my business. I don't usually write reviews, but Robert was exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all my questions with professionalism and courtesy.
My husband and I have been with u-stor-it for quite a few years now. We have had nothing but friendly, courteous service. Keegan is the one that takes care of our account and I just love the personal attention he gives me . Moreover I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. We have always felt that our belongings are safe and appreciate the security U store it offers. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other storage facilities no one else can match their prices. I'm very happy with u store it and with Keegan.
