All the techs who worked with me over the eight weeks of my daily treatment were kind, knowledgeable, polite and caring. During a stressful time they made me feel at ease and comfortable. The front desk and intake staff were friendly and welcoming.
Not having to drive to LaJolla or Hillcrest is the big plus for this location. My only complaint is that I had to fill out a bunch of forms when I arrived that I would have preferred to do at home prior to the visit like most UCSD appointments. Everyone was friendly and the nurse and doctor were very helpful. This was my consult appointment and all questions were answered.
I have just finished my radiation therapy and followup. Dr Rahn and Christina and the entire staff were exceptional throughout the entire process. They were always available for my questions and concerns. They were always very supportive, professional and friendly on each and every appointment. I would not hesitate to return for any future care that is needed and will highly recommend this location. Thank you Dr Rahn, Christina and the entire staff.
Every step on my first visit here was great. From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the nurse explaining my future process to the Oncologist being so thoughtful, gentle and patient. My questions were answered well and I was so thoughtfully put at ease in an understandable stressful situation.
All staff are thorough, friendly and professional. They explain everything and make sure I am comfortable while undergoing treatment. I am very pleased with the care I am receiving.
