I had 21 days of radiation. The front office was OK. They were a bit unprofessional but ok. My problem is with the radiation technician. I was not asked if I wanted a female technician that being I was showing my naked breast. This African American man would be so unprofessional. He would just stare at me. What can I say the people all staff go above and beyond insuring comfortable and very efficient treatment. The horror stories one hears regarding radiation treatment i have to say my experience has been nothing like that. No unpleasant side effects. Staff could not be more efficient getting you in and out, while maintaining a professional compassionate bed side manor. At times is seams you blink once and the treatment is done. I had appointment with Dr White for radiation on my hands for osteoarthritis. He and his staff are always very pleasant and listen to all my concerns. The treatment received is low dose radiation and am hopeful that this may work as I have no other options. Dr white is very personable and listens to my concerns. I felt very comfortable with him. He also addressed other questions I asked. The front desk staff, the nurse, and the radiologists are all super friendly and helpful. So glad this facility exists in Chula Vista
Dr. Mansy and the medical staff at South Bay Radiation Oncology are professional, caring, prompt, and provide excellent medical services for patients. I know that for me it can be very challenging going through medical procedures but I feel confident that I will continue to receive good care and results. Thank you for your dedication.
