I am really grateful that someone referred me to John at UCDI. He was very communicative, patient with me and my questions, did great work on my car and I found it affordable. I was also able to get my car in the shop the day after call! I sometimes feel spoken down to at car shops/mechanics but found John to be kind and helped me understand what work he was doing on the vehicle. Although I’m hoping I won’t have any more car issues, if I do I am definitely coming back to UCDI!

John and the guys at UCDI are great. Not only do they get work done promptly. Theu communicate often, are very cleqr about pricing and options. And are more affordable then most. 10 stars

This place was awesome! They were able to get in me in super quick and have fair prices. They also were very nice and good at explaining to me the things that were wrong with my vehicle.

Brought my F150 to UCDI to help diagnose a possible transmission issue that another service center told me it needed replacing. It was clear from UCDI that the other shop fell way short in attempting to diagnose the issue. I’d recommended them to anyone looking for an honest service shop. 5 ⭐️

These guys are awesome, took my CRV in for a no crank no start issue, they let me supply my own parts, did great work for a very fair price and also took care of a few small things free of charge, plus got my car back to me in less than a full business day. Only shop ill ever use in Missoula and I would suggest everyone else do the same!
