This shop, John, has a customer for life. My Cadillacs thermostat went out. I know this seems like a simple job, but it's a Cadillac. John and his people were kind, knowledgeable, confident and thorough. I haven't needed a mechanic in a long time so I did some searching and I am so grateful for finding this shop. The shop is clean and organized, the lot is a locked and protected. I had no worries for my car or the service. Great experience overall.
These guys are awesome, took my CRV in for a no crank no start issue, they let me supply my own parts, did great work for a very fair price and also took care of a few small things free of charge, plus got my car back to me in less than a full business day. Only shop ill ever use in Missoula and I would suggest everyone else do the same!
They are great! Our truck stopped running a week before our wedding and we needed it to drive to the venue three hours away! When they heard about our situation they made sure it was fixed before we had to go! Even with a mechanic being out. And stayed true to the price they set at the beginning!
John is a straight shooter, plain and simple. He took the time to walk me through exactly what was going on with the AC in my Jeep and laid out all the options/theoreticals without any pressure. He didn’t upsell or throw in unnecessary work, he wanted to solve the problem. He could have easily charged me more, but he didn’t.
