The course was good / not too bad at all. The trainer was lovely and very friendly, could of tailored the course more to suit each individual needs and requirements to get a better understanding of how it would work for us. The trainer left after our course which we did not know about, so send our papers exams to the email address and then it was having to be re directed to someone else, and has taken a while to get any results back, apart from that well recommended
The content delivery was fantastic. Resource material was effective in learning process.
