It has been a horrible experience, first they lost my package and then not ready to ship a replacement or refund. Its impossible to get hold of them on their helpline number. Even if you leave a voicemail there is no call back. On there inqury@ultimatenutrition they respond sporadically. They are expecting me to run behind the shipping carrier to figure out and request claim when they are the originator and should be doing that. I have ended up losing $100 and would not recommend anyone using them.
First time with the cookies and cream. Not the best taste. Chocolate much better tasting. Also, the lid was cracked when I opened the box. Not handled well by usps. Also not packed all that well.
TOTAL SCAM- BAIT AND SWITCH- BEWARE!!. These people tag products under incorrect search terms on Google. The pictures of the products are nearly identical so you don't realize that what you've bought, isn't what you intended to buy until you get the receipt. I called the customer service, no answer. I left a message, never called me back. I emailed them and told them what had happened before it ever left their warehouse. I ordered a 5.6 pound jug of protein, which I assume they were out of so they sent me three 2 pound jugs which was nice. they were also offering two free items with the purchase but at checkout, it was charging me for both items in the cart, even though it said they were free. When I removed them from the cart, my total price at checkout dropped by the amount of the so-called free items.
