I was able to book an appointment at short notice to get in on the same day I called. I had a stylist who worked at another location normally but was covering at this location, I don’t know how to spell her full name but it started with an S. I had a great experience with her and loved my cut. Thank you!
Rarely a problem getting in, but usually book online just to be sure Cary is available. Always very happy with Cary's work - fast and friendly, and I get exactly what I am looking for. I have been a bit disappointed when working with anyone else, but I am not the best communicator of what I want!
The worst service I have ever experienced. The barber spent an entire hour on a simple, basic men’s haircut and still couldn’t get it right. In the end, he had to call a colleague, who fixed everything in just 2 minutes. To make things worse, I had to brush off my own hair while sitting in the chair—something I’ve never had to do before. I still don’t understand what kind of service that was. And for all of this, I paid almost $40.
The Vietnamese-Canadian who did my haircut on April 7th did a great job. I recommend her highly.
