I came in with a self scissored cut hair do....I absolutely made a mess of it! Sarena came to the rescue! Not only did she fix my hair, she made me laugh the entire time....great hair stylist! I will be back again, but I swear I may see her doing part time gigs at Yuk Yuks! Incredible personality, the experience was wonderful...took a dull haircut day and made it a lot more interesting than I anticipated!
I’ve been seeing Sarena for a while and she’s been a really good hairstylist, she recommended I get a perm and I’ve loved it! I was kinda nervous to have a dramstic change to my hair by getting the perm but she was very reassuring and walked me through every step explaining everything to a “T” I highly recommend Sarena for cuts or perms 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new look and is unsure what to get
Been doing here on and off for about 10 years. Never had an issue and regardless of who cut my hair have been friendly and professional. If I could suggest anything it might be for their head office to make the online booking a little more clear or a better UX. I would say I'm decently tech savy but multiple times I've booked the wrong location and I swear I triple check it every time. The staff is always very accommodating despite my mistake on the booking. Thank you!
I was there for a quick in-and-out maintenance cut. I got what I needed. The space was clean and bright, and the stylist was friendly. I’m always happily surprised at how much hair is on the floor when it’s done.
