This was my first time at the Southglen location, & I was very impressed. The stylist was very friendly, did a great job on my hair, and did exactly what I wanted. The work was done very expeditiously and I was very happy with the result. All in all, an excellent experience. I'm sure I'll be back!
I've now been getting my hair cut by Shellie for well over 10 years. She's a great stylist with a warm, friendly and honest personality. Ultracuts is fortunate to have someone like her on the team....
I came in with a self scissored cut hair do....I absolutely made a mess of it! Sarena came to the rescue! Not only did she fix my hair, she made me laugh the entire time....great hair stylist! I will be back again, but I swear I may see her doing part time gigs at Yuk Yuks! Incredible personality, the experience was wonderful...took a dull haircut day and made it a lot more interesting than I anticipated!
On time. Clean. Friendly service. Excellent haircut. I’ve been following Shellie through her relocations for decades and now drive passed several Ultracuts and a few more ‘barbershops’ to go to Southglen. Today I heard her speaking with a difficult walk-in and her calm professionalism and clear communication reflected very well on Ultracuts. I’ve been seeing Sarena for a while and she’s been a really good hairstylist, she recommended I get a perm and I’ve loved it! I was kinda nervous to have a dramstic change to my hair by getting the perm but she was very reassuring and walked me through every step explaining everything to a “T” I highly recommend Sarena for cuts or perms 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new look and is unsure what to get
