Easy to book online, but only available day of. Stylist, rather than listening to me or actually asking me, decided my cut. I stated have thick hair, she says must layer- snip snip . Not happy, she was so fast in cutting it was too late to change. Not going back.
This was my first time at the Southglen location, & I was very impressed. The stylist was very friendly, did a great job on my hair, and did exactly what I wanted. The work was done very expeditiously and I was very happy with the result. All in all, an excellent experience. I'm sure I'll be back!
On time. Clean. Friendly service. Excellent haircut. I’ve been following Shellie through her relocations for decades and now drive passed several Ultracuts and a few more ‘barbershops’ to go to Southglen. Today I heard her speaking with a difficult walk-in and her calm professionalism and clear communication reflected very well on Ultracuts. I came in with a self scissored cut hair do....I absolutely made a mess of it! Sarena came to the rescue! Not only did she fix my hair, she made me laugh the entire time....great hair stylist! I will be back again, but I swear I may see her doing part time gigs at Yuk Yuks! Incredible personality, the experience was wonderful...took a dull haircut day and made it a lot more interesting than I anticipated!
