Been doing here on and off for about 10 years. Never had an issue and regardless of who cut my hair have been friendly and professional. If I could suggest anything it might be for their head office to make the online booking a little more clear or a better UX. I would say I'm decently tech savy but multiple times I've booked the wrong location and I swear I triple check it every time. The staff is always very accommodating despite my mistake on the booking. Thank you!
Shellie has been my hairdresser for 20 years and she's the best. No one else knows how to layer my hair like she does. The online appointment option is so handy and easy to use.
Ladies are great at the Southglen location. My husband is always happy with his senior haircut! I book him online and usually can get him in that day.
Got my hair layered by Sarena and I absolutely love it! She did such a wonderful job and I was originally going to get curtain bangs but she suggested that she do something to shape my face more and it was way better than getting curtain bangs and I'm very satisfied with the entire experience. She was so fun to talk to and made the experience as painless as possible. 10/10 I highly recommend.
Jenny was awesome! She was efficient, talented and super sweet. Very happy with my cut :)
