I want to give a 5 out of 5 rating to your staff for their excellent service, kindness, friendliness, and cleanliness. However, I’m disappointed with the online booking system. It’s unnecessarily complicated with options like bridges and motorcycles, and after several attempts, I received a code to enter via email, which felt like overkill just for booking a haircut. We have been going to ultracuts for over 10 years now and really got to know the staff and visa versa. Always knew how our haircut were to be and knew our names and gave us personal service. This staff will be missed. All staff has changed and we will have to start over again. The new staff seems to be friendly and all in all I received a good haircut .
If I could give this place half or even a quarter of a star I would! Rudest bunch of workers I have ever met. I wanted to buy my products like always and it was cash only. The attitude of this woman was something else. Snappish, waspish, pathetic! All I wanted was to buy my products. I will go somewhere else and get them because I will never set foot in this so called salon again. Kathy is not a pleasant person to deal with either!
Great help. (From Cliff) From Sandie: I think the haircut he has received the last two times is awful. He does not have much hair but what he had is chopped at different lengths , not smooth ar neck and sticks up.
First visit. A great haircut. Very friendly and interesting hairdresser. She treated everyone the same, young or old. I will definitely be back. Good price, great cut.
