Underwood Animal Clinic ROCKS!!!!!!!
These people are a cut above. They not only treat my pets with compassion, but also understand my sensitivity about my animals and work with me to help me understand. Not my first vet, but my best and final one. Both Doctors and the entire staff rock!
The staff at this clinic truly cares about my babies. When my little Peanut was so sick this past week, they did everything they could to get me in to see the doctors; the doctors took plenty of time with me to make sure I was comfortable with the course of treatment they were outlining; every single staff member I spoke with was knowledgable, and compassionate. I'm so glad I found Underwood Animal Clinic.
I took my dog in - he was in very bad condition Like dying. I had to request to get the vet ASAP. I understand about paperwork but my fur baby was dying right before my eyes while the tech continued with questions. After doing blood work I was told he needed 24 hour care and suggested where to take him. Very cold and uncaring. I have been taking my pets to them for for over 10 years. In the last few years their prices for meds snd services have risen really fast. They are no longer in my price range, after researching other Veterinarians within 25 miles.
