Never again a heartless Vet suggested to euthanize my dog out side in the rain.. . Due to covid they didn't allow clients inside.. she said she had to call to get an exception, left me waiting for quite awhile, before a tech came outside to tell me it was okay.. by that time I already made an appointment else where to lay my dog down..no compassion here. Been going here for 10 years. All they want is your money...

Be careful bringing your animal into the clinc. They are incompetent and your cat may not be returned to you if you bring it to this clinc. If you love your pets and don’t want to risk losing them then take them somewhere else.

It’s true, we are legally bound to contact Animal Control when a patient breaks a staff member’s skin significantly enough to draw blood, to allow them to make the call where the animal will quarantine while awaiting test results. Since your visit, we have instituted a policy that all felines must be in their own carrier to be brought in to clinic without exception, or taking the client’s word for it, that they don’t like carriers. We do thank you for helping us make a better policy for all. Take care.
RecommendedI will continue coming here. That being said please stop changing my appt time on the day of my appt. 2 appts in a row have been changed to different times on the day of the appt. They send reminders and you have to confirm. I call and am treated like I didn't know my appt time or I forgot. I have the confirmations from the clinic on my phone. Super frustrated right now. I was told I would be seen at my original appt time, but it was made to sound like fitting me in. No.... that IS my appt time.

Called to get a refill prescription for my cat who eats a diet cat food to help prevent urinary tract infections and they refused unless we bring the cat in for a routine check up! Really people in the middle of a pandemic!😡 It’s not like I’m trying to get heroine or something! Been a long time customer and very upset they don’t care about my cat or my health as I am quarantining. Looking for a new veterinarian!
