I can’t say enough good things about Rainier! Specifically Michelle Moore and her team, and Mike Lee. I just finished up another transaction with another company that shall remain namesless and it was like night and day! Your company sent the inheritance check my co executrix and I were supposed to split with another heir to her attorney. She and her attorney are refusing to release my share. I was under the belief from Rainier title that I would receive my portion. I even gave them a deposit slip. There is no legal reason for them to hold it. Her attorney just responds that she is not available. Rainier just took someones word that I was refusing to set up an account which was a lie!@
Everything went smoothly with the purchase of my home except for one major issue. I closed July 2nd and in my agreement I was to pay around $2,000 in credit card balances. That $2,000 was included in my closing costs. I received about 15 checks made out to all of these companies that I was to pay. Ranging between $8-$300.
