We first contacted Brett in June of last year and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to explain things in an easy-to-understand manner and we felt comfortable asking questions. Although we weren't able to go ahead with the purchase in June, Brett kept in touch and was super helpful when we were ready to try again.
