I lived at Union for 2.5 years and it has been a wonderful experience. The maintenance staff were efficient with all of my requests and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. The ladies in the leasing office were always welcoming and attentive! I would like to personally acknowledge Theresa and Suzon in the leasing office for making my experience at Union a pleasant one. Love Union apartments! Such fantastic staff very welcoming and helpful to our every need! Beautiful community clean and friendly people. The clubhouse is fantastic with a fireplace, library of books to read, quiet places to study and work and fitness center is a plus. Also a sparkling pool with cabanas and bbq to cookout. Apartment is well maintained and have everything you need and want to live a fulfilling life. I moved in last April, the apartment was filthy, I mention this because upon move in there a $300, non-refundable, cleaning fee.. they obviously did not clean after the last tenant. Sinks clogged, and full of hair. Stove was filthy with left over food, microwave same, floors were dirty, cabinets in kitchen were dirty not cleaned and drawers in bathrooms were dirty with hair. I can’t say enough good things about Victoria! She provided top-tier customer service and made everything so easy. She was welcoming, attentive, and very professional. The community looks amazing and has a great atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star experience.
