Great customer service A mile from 2 mayor highways. great location. nearby park, and good price
Outstanding I Love my apartment its right next to the office and pool. Quite area not a lot of noise and Friendly Neighbors. Things I need are in walking distance and the staff here is professional and friendly.
Quite This place is a good apartment complex for the price. Huge property, clean grounds, quite complex.
So far so good! I've only lived here about a month but so far the place is very nice, clean and quiet! I haven't seen 1 single bug (cockroach, bed bug spider, etc.) My vehicle hasn't been broken into or bothered once and overall it seems rather quiet aside from the children playing @ the pool. Only real negative thing I've experienced thus far is the lack of information I was provided when I got my keys (location of mailboxes, rent/water due date etc) maybe this was because I got the apartment thru someone subletting it idk.... read more
the ladies in the office are the best... The ladies in the office are so nice and really helpful and they work with you.
Would NOT Recommend Even though this is the first apartment I have lived in I can confidently say it is likely one of the worst you'll find in the Tulsa area. I lived here from August 2024 to August 2025, and boy was I counting down the days. From day one up to the very last day of living here I had free loaders in my apartment, we're talking creepy crawly roaches. Every morning, I could expect to see at least one or two in the bathroom or kitchen. I began to keep a log to gauge how bad of an infestation it was and just from... read more
Don’t! I have lived here for two months now and it has been the worst experience. I have had a water leak since moving in and it’s still not fixed. My washer has been broken since moving in. It was supposed to be brand new when I moved in. Im so over it all.
