Very good workouts, lots of classes scheduled during the week, so I can attend 4-5 (or more ) per week.
My family and I love Unit 2 Fitness. Instructors are awesome, workouts are hard but fun, and it's not at all intimidating like some other gyms. You immediately feel like part of the family. Highly recommend for both kids and adults!

Unit 2 has great kickboxing classes and I always feel like a new man after each class. My daughters also take jujitsu and they love it. Good exercise and it shows them respect.
Excellent school. Great instruction and warm inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Jeff and Ryne are great instructors! Challenging classes but a great workout!
