This has been a great experience and help rebooting my exercise schedule,eating and overall health goals. Jeff and his team are attentive and verly helpful. The classes are awesome (once it's over😁). I moved to ATL in March and was looking for a place to train and strengthen my joints that took many beatings and injuries in my last career as a professional motorcycle rider. Also playing football and wrestling in high school. I was looking for a type of training program very similar. I decided on unit 2 fitness because they have everything I need all under one roof.
